Refund policy

1. General Policy
Sunflower Moon Boudoir (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This Return and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from our boutique, either in-store or online, may be returned or exchanged.
2. In-Store Purchases
2.1. Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Merchandise purchased in-store may be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Lingerie
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats, scarves)
- Sale or clearance items
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
2.2. Refund Process
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, at the customer’s discretion.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to seven (7) business days for the processing of refunds after the returned item is received and inspected.
2.3. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If a product is found to be defective or if an incorrect item was provided, customers must notify us within three (3) calendar days of purchase. We will offer a replacement or a full refund upon verification.
3. Online Purchases
3.1. Return Eligibility

- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Accessories (e.g., jewelry, hats, scarves)
- Sale or clearance items
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
3.2. Return Process
- Authorization: Customers must contact our Customer Service at sunflowermoonboudoir@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
- Processing Time: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days.
3.3. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If a product is defective or if an incorrect item was shipped, customers must notify us within three (3) calendar days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer a replacement or full refund upon verification.
4. Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- In-Store Purchases: Visit our boutique with the item and original receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
